Don’t use their packing service and removal. We went for Mr Bee removal again after a positive experience in 2023 when they helped us move. That time the movers were really careful with all our things and therefore when we thought about moving this time we didn’t hesitate. But we were wrong, things did not go well this time. We chose to pack and move. Items were damaged, missing and that would have been ok if they had taken some accountability. We even gave the guys a big tip which we repent doing now! They were nice on the day and took our water bottles without permission, to be fair we said nothing cause it was a long day and we probably would have offered but it was a bit cheeky. After the move they didn’t finish assembling things and left things in the bubble wrap. We had to do everything ourselves and then discovered the missing items, and damaged items. I instantly wrote to see what the process was, sent a number of email following up till a month after our move. Some office people were surprised but all I got was a call to clarify one thing but no responsibility was taken: we now have to go out of pocket to get new items and parts. I was very disappointed as it seems it the draw of who you get on the day and all I can say is there was a massive difference in care in 2023. I know accidents happens but what makes me the most accept is the lack of accountability. We will never use again.
