They are quick with installation after that they don't provide any support. My Tesla charger has been tripping everyday and they offered to pay me £100 to find someone to change the Circuit breaker but that was 6 months ago and have not paid or helped me in anyway. I feel they are very unreliable company and I will not touch them with a barge pole.
