I placed an order for 2 stir-fry meals just like I did the previous two Fridays. After the meals arrived I realized that this time the stir fry is full of noodles. Being on the Banting diet I do not eat noodles, that is why I specifically did not select the noodles option when placing the order using their mobile application. The menu on the application does not specify that the stir-fry comes standard with noodles and the previous 2 occasions I ordered the same meals it definitely did not come with noodles. After a call to their call center to correct the order they said that they will rectify the mistake and send the correct order, this however was all empty promises, they just had a bunch of empty promises each time I called back to find out why my food is not arriving. I feel that they bluntly ignored my concerns. Today still no feedback and no call back as was promised. I am so confused and frustrated. Had to prepare my own food late on a Friday night...Very bad service, I would not recommend using Mr. D Food and I will never again use their services.
