I used a service to arrange a repair for my sliding door. The contractor charged nearly €200, and the door broke again within two months. The company sends a warranty email stating that jobs are covered for 3 months and that they will return if the job was not done properly. Instead of honoring that, they charged me again for over €80 without my consent. When I highlighted their 3-month warranty and website promise, I was simply told to handle it with the contractor directly. This undermines the purpose of using an intermediary. Misleading and unprofessional; I will not use this service again.
