in Oct 2024 I won 1k in a Tournament. I actually won over 1500 $ altogether. After numerous attempts to contact the company and using the only option available on the website (chat) I was not assisted. Eventually after independent research and finding out the best method of contacting them I found that “they” have not been helpful and haven’t given me a refund of my winnings.After reading the Ts & Cs I have been within the rules of the game and I am not sure what is taking the “investigation” process such a lengthy time to make a determination.Regarding other games played I had won $4-500+I was told I forfeited 400$ because I had exceeded the 10% wagering requirement. Which is questionable and as for the 1k winnings from the Tournament.,Today’s date is 26/1/2025, I am still waiting for them to reply back and tell me I have a refund that is well overdue.This is an absolute scam and I am not going to let them get away with it. I will not promote this casino provider or any of its associates and it is my opinion that they should be punished and terminated immediately for their conduct.Unfortunately I have seen online that the exact same issue has happened to others in New Zealand.Shame on Mr Fortune and Malta
