This has been one of the WORST! They make it so hard to redeem. First it was $50 then it was an issue. About a old card that I no longer have but EVERYTHING Else was verified. And after giving EVERYTHING needed. And extra! Then they change redemption amount to $100. Ok so I go to continue to play but not one of the slot would hit! After hours of proving I no longer had that card. But could provide proof of purchase. And that I was the card holder. The games just would not do any good so lost what I won. Just a little suspicious. On how that turned out. So good luck if anyone chooses this site.
