I’m leaving this review specifically about Mr. Goodwin’s Freeplay terms, which I find misleading and frustrating.
When you use Freeplay and win, you are only allowed to keep a very small capped portion of the winnings, regardless of how much you actually win. For example, I’ve won several dollars on Freeplay and was only allowed to keep $1, and most recently I won over $30 and was only allowed to keep $4. This information may technically be in the fine print, but it is not made clear or obvious when the Freeplay is offered.
This creates an expectation that winnings are meaningful, when in reality the vast majority is forfeited. I would strongly encourage Mr. Goodwin’s Casino to either make these caps much clearer upfront or reconsider how the Freeplay is structured, as it feels misleading to players.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and encourages the casino to improve transparency.
