I play these games all the time but never had I had such a stupid problem ruin my day so much.. I actually won then when I go to redeem & do my verification they tell me since my wife signed on the first time Google put her name in but it’s my email, phone number & address but since it wasn’t in my name they deleted/blocked my account & said I wasn’t going to get any of my winnings.. it’s absolutely the worst crap I’ve ever heard for not paying someone! I was honest with support told her from the beginning of verification that I needed the name changed to mine but instead of helping me they kicked a struggling person while they were already down kicked me out & kept the little redemption that would of helped us out.. hope others have better luck then we did
