I was expecting delivery last Friday 26 Nov 21 which never arrived i tried to contact Mr Grillhouse 4 times once by phone no answer twice by the 'Contact Us' tab on their website and once by Email , there was no response from any of them However they are still managing to send out advertising Emails to my anger. I am going into hospital for cancer surgery Thursday 2nd Dec and will not be at home to accept the parcel should they finally decide to send it. I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund but as they never get back to me i'm in limbo. If they do deliver the Chicken whilst im in hospital it will be left on the doorstep until i return home or more likely be pinched This is a vey poor service and i was so looking forward to trying their product because i had heard how good it was
