They took my deposit; I strongly advise against using this service. I sent a bank transfer of £119, but it never appeared in my account. I've been trying to retrieve it, but I keep getting ignored. The representatives claim it’s been escalated to the finance team, but I've heard nothing since. I contacted management and support, but received no response. They have now blocked me, and I feel completely ripped off. I couldn’t claim through my bank since it wasn’t a card payment. It has been incredibly frustrating. NEVER send money to these scammers.
