I recently purchased the Ricochet what a unique and fantastic piece. So eye catching and beautifully made. I opted for the black leather strap with black stitching. The strap is a bit stiff at the moment but I'm sure it will soften up as it wears in. I am very impressed with it all the same. The face is crazy good and I'd happily recommend it to anyone wanting something different.
A couple of points I'd like to make. The watch is on the smaller side, being around 38mm I believe, but this isnt a bad thing. Just I'm used to wearing a 44mm smart watch, it caught me by surprise at first. If you have a smaller wrist then this will suit you well.
Dealing with customer service was an absolute pleasure. I had a bit of an issue with my watch at first, it rattled as though something was loose. I sent a short video to a lovely lady named Sue, who confirmed it would need to be returned. The returns process was a doddle and if course, free. I dropped it at the post office, emailed to confirm I'd done so and my replacement was dispatched before they even had it back. I now have my new watch working perfectly, 2 days later. Honestly, service like this needs to be recognised. Returning something can sometimes be a daunting experience but not with MJW. They were so helpful from start to finish.
If you're thinking of buying one but aren't sure if it's a cheaply made, quirky gimmick, then let me assure you it's not. These are quality pieces and you can see the effort that has gone into making them. I can't wait to order a few more. There is also a choice of straps in a multitude of colours and materials, which is so nice to see.
