I am totally satisfied with the result of renting process (speed of finding customer, pricing etc), but the technical support has deteriorated. I live abroad, so I need assistance in resolving problems like repairing things, arranging some installations. In my case the exhaust system Bora was not working and a dryer should have been installed. In none of this small issues Mr. Lodge could help. Ok, I saved my money by arranging technical services with Bora directly and asking my friends to buy a dryer and installation in Saturn. The question is why Mr Lodge was unable to do this. The technical support for small repairs was also required but it passed 2 weeks and nobody has contacted my tenant so far. Actually, in my situation I pay a lot of attention on such things, that I don’t need to worry about flat maintenance being far away. For about 10 years I am a client of Mr. Lodge and this is the first time I have encountered such situation.
