My wife and I were able to rent a flat in Munich with a big dog in 2 weeks time in a great location with good public transport towards Munich city center. As remote workers we found what we were looking for: nice flat in a quite place with internet and space to put our working tables.Dedicated contact person from MrLodge was guiding us towards the process and this saved a lot of time.What I would improve in the process.More clarity to the customer what will happen next and how.For example, it took some time to understand that email communication from MrLodge is usually done in the evenings.MrLodge representative who showed the flat was 30 min late and he was the fist time in the flat also.Keys handover were organised with another contact person from Mr.Lodge.In my opinion coordination inside MrLodge can be improved.And overall I am happy with MrLodge service and documents quality they provided during the process. I would definitely recommend this company,
