Whilst I had difficulties with the landlord used with Mr Lodge, their handling of the situation was fair and polite. I appreciate the time they took to help resolve my issue. The overall experience was more expensive than other accommodations nearby, however you pay for good quality. They were always quick to respond which makes a big difference too. Thank you!
