excellent, very flexible with returns and refunds, very fast as well. My order was suitable for my laptop according to their website, but only had 1 RAM slot when I opened it up, very unusual. It was no problem for them to send me a single 16Gb in exchange for my 2 x 8GB. Unfortunately that 16Gb RAM didn't work, so they very quickly sent me another one and processed the refund.
