I had a very disappointing experience with Nutcase. I ordered customized poker chips and a Ludo table from them. When the package arrived, the Ludo table was already broken, and the poker chips were of extremely poor quality.The chips looked great in the photos on their website, but in reality the quality is very bad. The printing on the chips is also very poor and is already starting to come off.I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the package. They asked me to send an email regarding the issue, which I did right away, but I never received any response.The after-sales service is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, the product quality and customer support are both very poor.
