I ordered a MacBook Air case on 7th December. On Friday 16th December, I still had no case, no correspondence of any kind regarding a delay or dispatch (or tracking information!), so I decided to call. I rang the contact number that was at the bottom of my my one and only email from them which confirmed my order had been placed, had to listen to a hideous jingle, and then sat there for 2 minutes whilst the phone rang out and then cut off. Same again on my 2nd try. 3rd time lucky, a woman finally picked up and said that it had already been dispatched but she would send another one or else it wouldn't arrive for Christmas. Very blase for a £40 case. She didn't seem concerned that it had gone missing in the post, which leads me to believe it had never been dispatched in the first place. Monday has now rolled around and I have called 6 times (no answer) to try and ask whether or not a new one has been dispatched, and if I can have some tracking information. Awful customer service. If the case doesn't arrive by tomorrow I will be expecting a full refund. I would never reccommend that anyone use this company. Communication is key and if there's a problem I would rather know and be refunded so I can arrange another Christmas present. At the very least I would expect to know the truthful progress of my order. I have no idea what's going on and I'm actually starting to feel like I've just been robbed and they never actually dispatch cases.
