i ordered a MacBook case on the 30th June and by the 14th July i still hadnt received it so sent them an email. The response was very unprofessional with no real apology and the explanation contradicted itself to the point i wasnt sure if it had been sent or not. After advsing that a `replacement' was being sent i waited another week before giving up and requesting a refund. Terrible CS responses made me feel like they didnt really care. Still havent received either of the 2 products they sent to me.
