I ordered an iPhone 5 case and used the very easy drag drop tool to personalise it. Free delivery, which was great, and it still came the very next day!
It unfortunately didn't fit my iPhone 5c because I hadn't read properly that an iPhone 5 and an iPhone 5c are different fits. I emailed the company and they were great! They told me it was a common mistake and not to worry, bin the old one and we'll send out a new one free of charge which, believe it or not, came the very next day after that!
The case looks great! Pictures are good resolution, though you have to be very precise with the drag/drop to get a professional finish.
I'd highly recommend the company for a great product and outstanding customer service.
