Placed an order with Mr Nutcase on the 4th August (after 10pm to be fair), money has been taken from my account, but order is still pending on their site.
Have tried frequently phoning and dropped a number of emails, but no response at all.
Awful service, will not be recommending or ordering from them again, and will be raising a paypal dispute if not resolved soon.
Edit: coincidentally, since my initial review, Mr nutcase have been in touch to advice that they have been having technical issues and the case should be with me tomorrow. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and therefore changing my review from 1/5 to 3/5.
