If I could give this company minus five stars then I would.I am not the type of person who usually writes reviews but I don't want anyone else to be scammed like I have. I played for a while and lost more than I won. I withdrew 2 seperate amounts within a few days. The amounts totalled £1800.2 weeks later, multiple emails that take days to get back to you, messages to 'VIP' manager and nothing. They say it has been sent, gave me numbers to check but no further information. Won't tell me name of provider because of policies but want me to send my bank statement.... No way would I do that so they have basically told me case closed, go away.I intend to try some suggestions tried by other people on here. The good thing is that I will never gamble online again.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
