The service tech that came out was a scammer looking to overcharge for service. I had water hammering in my house and he said to change the fill values on 2 toilets for $325 if that doesn't do it to add water hammer values on the washing machine. Then he said if that doesn't fit it you need a new regulator which would be $2100 to repI fixed the regulator at Home Depot for $88 which a another plumber told me which one to get and that would solve the issue.Would not recommend this company they overcharge and change everything to fix the problem and increase the bill.Update:I spoke two different reps Saturday and Sunday both said they would forward to a supervisor. Obviously the company didn't forward, nor care to resolve the issue is a second rep ask what the issue was.
