It is crystal clear that Mrs Butler wants guests to be happy.Everything to make our stay flawless and care-free, from making contact onwards, had been planned with guest experience so obviously at the very centre. Gorgeous decor echoing the seaside location felt luxurious and homely at the same time - and the natural light from the windows - heaven! The kitchen was beautifully presented, immaculately clean and stocked with treats and necessities alike, I loved that the cleaning products were all eco-friendly which fits a Brighton ethos perfectly. The lovely retro drinks set meant we could wander down to the beach at the end of the road for morning coffee with minimum planning and effort, which is exactly how I like to operate on holiday! We had such quick access to great pubs and restaurants too, we really felt we couldn't go wrong.Mrs Butler's consideration for guests is wonderful, after forgetting to pack a few things I found them all in the bathroom as if she already knew! This coupled with the direct phone line for recommendations and further support really helped us to relax, which sadly has been a feeling in short supply so far this year.We had a glorious, effortless break with Mrs Butler and I utterly recommend you do the same too.
