This company is a total scam. I purchased the Gorilla Bar product (which by the way, was shipped straight from China and came weeks later in a dented box). When I decided to return it unopened and everything in original packaging within the 30 days, the company refused to even consider a refund. Apparently once payment is made and the product has been shipped, there will be no consideration for a return. What kind of terms & condition is that?! What are the chances someone returns a product that hasn’t been received in the mail yet?! Slim to none.Additionally, if there is the slightest bit of discount on the item (which there always is one on their website so they can use that excuse forever) they will not consider you for a refund. So either way you’re screwed. This is bad business practices and they’re out to scam. They never intend on giving their customers a refund on unopened items.
