A week ago I bought a tv via Mr. Speazy. It was €500 cheaper than by Cool Blue and Media Markt. However PostNL sent a new email saying that the delivery was delayed to the next, as well as sending conflicting information about the pick up point. I eventually call Mr. Speazy customer service. Within one minute I had someone on the phone. She promised to look into it right away. Within half an hour, I received an email stating where the package really was. I was able to pick up the package. PostNL is still sending me an email every day with the same conflicting information about the pick up even though I already have the TV. I highly recommend Mr. Speazy for price and good service.
