I love their products but on my recent purchase I was charged $34.99 for Next Day Air.I called to complain that while I paid for next day, it was delivered 4-5 days later. I call it false advertising. A Supervisor argued with me, was rude, disrespectful but agreed to take off half of the shipping charge then rudely hung up on me.
