Had ordered two sets of 40 oz Porterhouse steaks each as gifts for two friends.First package arrived on time, second recipient's package was delayed by FED EX due to recent severe weather storms. New package of Porterhouse steak along with some complementary Bacon was sent out by Mr. Steak free of charge. Thank you for excellent and prompt customer service.
