Easy to find the tyres I needed and book the appointment. Dealt with quickly and with no fuss when I attended. Received a text message to let me know when my car was ready and my request to retain my old tyres was carried out, with the tyres neatly placed in my boot. Easy collection.
A note was left in the front of the car making it clear that one of the tyres was unsafe for re-use, which is reassuring that the team are attentive to safety (the inside of the tyre has been destroyed by screw).
