We haven’t even boarded our MSC cruise yet, and the customer experience has already been terrible.We tried to organize a surprise for another passenger in our group, but because they have a different booking reference the system makes it almost impossible. Everything must be booked only through your own reservation.Customer service has been unhelpful, with generic, robotic responses and no clear email support. They were even unable to explain what services the spa actually offers.Very poor organization and customer support
