We are a group of 9 currently on MSC opera. One of our group is cealiac and we were assured by our travelAgent that the msc pride themselves in catering for this specific dietary needs. MSC also state this on their website. Our experience has been absolute awful as they do not cater or even care about the needs of cealiac suffered. My sister received a meal in our first day as was subsequently bed bound for 2 days as she had been given food with gluten in it. We have complained numerous timesBut to no avail as they just keep saying ‘there is no guarantee our food does not have gluten in it. In this day and age, this is appalling and has ruined our holiday which for 9People was not cheap at all. We are disgusted at this and will never sail with MSC again
