We had a hybrid system, consisting of an air source heat pump ( Samsung R32 Generation) and oil boiler, installed by MSC heating to replace our ageing oil boiler. The hybrid system was required due to the size of our home. From the initial proposal through to installation, Martin provided an excellent service, keeping us fully informed and clearly answering all our questions. Martin also supported us in completing the RHI application which went through with no issues. MSC Heating were very professional and did a great job with the installation, ensuring that everything was working as it should be and always clearing up before they left for the day The heat pump has been in place a few months now and is working well with no issues.
