Wanting additional heat in the house without having to use the exisiting gas boiler, I contacted Martin with regard to having an Air Source Heat Pump installed. He was very helpful, suggesting a company to do the EPC, and discussing the system design and was prompt in providing a quote. The solution required adding pipes into the existing airing cupboard which, with limited space, was done well by Phil - the existing hot water tank was retained, hot water still being heated by the gas boiler. We required 5 new radiators which were fitted at the same time. The paper work was done competently by Martin, including contacting the DNO, as well as assisting with the RHI application. The house is nice and warm, the heat pump working quite efficiently. The thermostat controller system installed - the Google Nest, works well and is easy to use. Martin & Phil were very professional throughout the job - I would recommend them to anybody wanting an ASHP installed.
