Avoid. Poor service. Rude and belligerent. Hamza never responds and makes the simplest clerical errors, absolutely shocking given the position he is in. They make all the promises in the world then never deliver. I waited over 3 weeks one time for a response on a question, this includes multiple calls and emails, they just never respond. Dont believe the 1st time reviewers. My case with MSD will be going to the legal ombudsman, they essentially took my money and did nothing, absolutely nothing!
