I had been having a lot of difficulty upgrading multiple softwares because of changes by Canon, Apple and Microsoft, all of which had made previous softwares and platforms no longer compatible. I am an amateur and was at my wit's end, exhausted with the stress of trying to get softwares that would work / not paying for inoperable ones and belatedly having to try to sort things out. The guys at mssoftware were very patient, despite surely feeling that they were dealing with a complete idiot. It is that sort of after sales (and even before sales) service that makes all the difference. - Seriously. Thanks, guys, for all your help.
