Customer service is great. My suit was never quite right. They remade the suit coat twice (for a total if three.). I kept the third one. I didn't have any expectation that a fourth time would be the "perfect fit" that they promise. It's ok. I didn't return it and get a refund as it is much better than "off the shelf". For some reason the measuring app doesn't work for me to produce the suit they promise. I am barrel chested which often makes suit buying and alterations a challenge. My "Date of Experience" is a guesstimate.
