Taking measurements was easy using their app. Once the pants were delivered I received a personal email from them to check on my satisfaction with the pants. I replied that the pants seemed too long but otherwise fit perfectly. They replied that before considering changes to the pants I should wash them in cold water and dry on medium heat and then try them on again. I followed their directions and the pants including length were perfect. I am very impressed with the pants and their customer service.
