They immediately gave me the instructions on how to take the appropriate pictures for them to resolve the problem. Received my new pair and they fit better than any jeans I have purchased. They are one of the best organizations at providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer is 100% satisfied. The representative that I coordinated with was one of the most responsive and professional reps I have ever dealt with. Will be telling my friends and purchasing again from them.
