Like another user shared.. from best to worst. 0 customer support over phone or email. Call center keeps you waiting for hours, puts you through to someone, only to have them hang up on you MULTIPLE times. They don't respond to emails for WEEKS. Not even to users with soon to be expiring contracts.They keep increasing their pricing and not respecting contracts. I signed a contract which stated that i pay 50% of the package for 2 years. They kept increasing the price in the meantime so it came up to be much higher than signed.. and then they started charging me for the full package for two months with no notice or right. Any attempt to communicate or complain has been ignoredThieves with absolutely no support. Would never recommend
