Our Peruvian Guide, Nick Santander, handled the travel hiccups seamlessly and knew how to navigate and expedite around the crowds to give us a wonderful experience. He went out of his way to add the touches that would elevate our experience. We also enjoyed the expertise of Luis during the Galapagos segment of our trip. The office provided excellent support, finding storage for our bags and rearranging transfers. All in all, the team were experts in their field and customer service.
