This year we were faced with the situation where we were potentially being made homeless. Having been a renter for the last 18 years, we got the news that our landlord was selling the property. Unfortunately, he didn’t give us a lot of notice which meant that we were in panic stations for the whole duration of the summer of 2025. I’m 45 years old and I never thought that the option of owning a house would be something which would still be available to me. It is without doubt that if it wasn’t for Jo; our purchasing options would’ve been very, very limited. We were able to secure the house of our dreams way beyond our expectations. A four bedroom cottage with three bathrooms. The house needs some work, but that’s okay. We are now homeowners again haven’t been out of the housing ladder for nearly 20 years. I have nothing but gratitude for Jo and the whole company they are the most professional the nicest bunch of people you’ll ever meet. Be honest with them tell them your predicament don’t be proud. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. We will continue to use Michael Usher moving forward when it comes to renewing our mortgage.
