I was not able to refund a single receipt in 6 month. I do not recommend this insurance. They find reasons not to reimburse. I wanted to cancel it after realizing it’s useless but was not able due to their policy cancellation and now must pay fees for 3 years for nothing. What a scam. I recommend Gothaer instead.
