I started my subscription in 2024, and as of today, May 30th, 2025, I still feel well supported financially by Münchener Verein.Reimbursements are always processed on time, or within a very short period. Their customer service is also very professional. I’m speaking from my own experience — I called them once and was fully satisfied with their response.The only minor downside is the waiting time on the phone, which can be a bit frustrating.However, based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend this insurer to anyone looking for a dental supplementary insurance, especially the 100% coverage plan.
