I was struggling finacial, when I asked for help because not able to keep up with the payments, instead of offering me a more affordable package they told me that wasn't possible and since Iyou're obligated to have medical insurance this is the way it is. After that thev sent me payment demands, which of cause I could not keep up with, I then applied to the social wellfare for fiacial assistance and they where asked to put me onto a basic tarif option,This was the respcnse I needed 4 month earlier. In the meantime I have recieved letters from the debt coolectors.I feel like I am being treated in a very inhumane manner.
