I have had a great experience with Muhabiya transportation company for our recent Umrah trip. It includes 3 different polite, well-mannered and punctual drivers who took us from Madinah Airport to Madinah Hotel, from Madinah Hotel to Makkah Hotel and then Makkah Hotel to Jeddah Airport. We also arranged Ziyarat tour in Madinah. Customer care and drivers were very organized and always sent a message before each pickup. Only one suggestion is to improve the method of finding the driver at the arriving airport (4* instead of 5*). I had to wait outside exit 5 for about 25 min to find our driver. I know that you are not allowed to hold a name card at the exit.
