I have moderate experience with this company. I worked with five drivers throughout my entire Umrah journey, and two of them provided me with five-star services: Mr. Sajjad and Mr. Kamran Khan. Mr. Sajjad was our Madina ziyara guide, and he truly went above and beyond to help me in every way he could. Additionally, I had experience with Mr. Muhammad Irfan, who was our Makkah ziyara tour guide. Unfortunately, I have to rate him 0 stars. He did not follow the schedule provided by the company for the ziyara, and he did not stop by Jabal al-Nour (Hira Cave), which was scheduled for a minimum of 15-20 minutes; he simply passed by. He was busy on his phone during our entire ziyara tour. I was surprised to discover that he could not speak English, especially since I had confirmed with my booking agent that I needed a guide who could speak English. Furthermore, our driver from Makkah hotel to Madinah hotel was Mr. Imran Shah. When he arrived at the hotel parking lot, he was already 30 minutes late according to his schedule. We were waiting hotel parking lot about 45 minutes. There were six passengers, and the company allowed us to carry 10 luggage items. When Mr. Imran saw there were 9 pieces of luggage, he immediately stated that he could not carry all nine pieces of luggage in his car’s trunk; we needed to use the seats. When I replied that the company had given us permission to carry up to 10 pieces, he intended to leave us in the parking lot and said it would be better if we contacted the company as he was leaving. Then, the hotel staff intervened and stated that he could not leave our guests in the parking lot, and they helped us load all the luggage. When I informed the company WhatsApp number about my Makkah ziyara experience, no action was taken, and there was not even an apology. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company.**** After I reviewed at trunspilot, now you replied, why you didn't fixed the problem when I was Saudi Arabia??? If you really concern about customer Why you didn't offered me to ziyara at Jabal al-Nour (Hira Cave) as your driver intentionally did that. Why you didn't taken any action when I was at Saudi Arabia???? I have complain right way but there wasn't any reply from you. I went for Umrah with my family and 3 kids all the way from USA, they wasn't happy at all, you didn't even sent a massage to verify what happened, now you replied here trustpilot to get new customer, don't try to give hard time to guest of Allah.
