This was my first Umrah trip with my Mum whom is wheelchair bound.We booked the transport service through our agent.The transport service has been absolutely phenomenal. Great communication, prompt responses and they checked in a few times to see if we were okay. We had the pleasure of having Sharjeel whom was our driver from Makkah to Medina and then Medina to Jeddah airport.Sharjeel was absolutely amazing. Both journeys was quiet a distance over 4 hours, but Sharjeel made us very comfortable and ease. He was super friendly, very professional and an absolute pleasure to have.The Ziyarats in Medina was with the driver called Muhammd Irfan. When we explained this was our first Ziyarat, Irfan really took his time explaining the Ziyarats. His knowledge and passion to ensure we understood was brilliant. He really went above and beyond of what was expected and made sure all our needs were attended.Overall, a phenomenal experience and In Sha Allah when I be booking this September, I will be requesting the 2 drivers again.Jazakallah khayrFeraz Hussain
