Faisal Qasim picked us up from our hotel in Madina. Though we were running a little late, he patiently helped us load all our luggage into the car and welcomed us warmly. Throughout the journey, he shared valuable information about Umrah and stopped at Miqat to explain the process thoroughly. He even assisted my boys with wearing their Ihram.When we asked about good food places to try in Makkah, he suggested excellent options. Faisal was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally dressed, which left a great impression. We prayed Maghrib, which added a peaceful pause to our journey. Sensing that we were tired, he kindly stopped at a tea shop and joined us for tea, which we greatly appreciated.We were extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend him to others.
