If I could rate my experience as 0 stars, I would. This is not an exhaustive review of all the problems we've faced with our new home, but I've summarized what I consider significant defects. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, with delayed responses and lack of communication. I am currently unable to stay in my home due to ongoing issues that pose health risks, with no support offered for accommodation. We have faced numerous critical problems since moving in, including significant water damage and persistent leaks, which have not been adequately addressed despite multiple follow-ups. The stress of this situation has overshadowed what should have been a joyful experience of buying our first family home.
