One again, Sean completed the remedial works in our en-suite ,showed what should have happened during construction of the shower stall. He also fixed an issue with the shower trap ( unknown prior to these works) and explained what had happened and how he had rectified this issue.Many companies have stopped “ rewarding employees “ largely due to tax implications for benefits in kind.Sean I believe is a real credit to your organisation and I would seriously consider an award of some sort…even if it were only and additional day off ad hoc.I used to do this in my previous company, for people who went that little bit extra
