My experience started on October 1st when I bought one t-shirt to see how Mulebuy was. After it had been sent out, it has been one month and I have not received my package. I asked Mulebuy, and they told me that it had been sent back because the logistics couldn't find my address, even though it was correctly provided. I went to support, and they told me I have to pay 110 yuan because it had been sent back to the shipping warehouse. This amount is more than the cost of the shirt I was getting. So, they expect me to pay the shipping fee, the t-shirt cost, and (even though I had insurance) the warehouse return fee. What is this, Mulebuy?
